A Good "Gangster" Has the Details Covered

After devoting a solid two-and-a-half hours to see this weekend’s number one box office hit, American Gangster (Starring Russel Crowe and Denzel Washington), we were mesmerized by the attention to detail the costume designers and prop masters took to this late 60’s period piece. We are always thrilled when jewelry is visible on the cast, and American Gangster certainly did a wonderful job of that. We do, however, have one bone to pick. Eva, the female lead’s wedding ring was ill-fitting, and was slipping up and down her finger throughout the film! It’s a shame the prop masters didn’t have LupRocks on their side!
